Meditation is an opportunity to experience your innermost beingness. Access this as you like during a relaxing meditation experience or everyday as a practice of being. 

There are two types of meditation offerings here: written and auditory. Each will offer you a different version of yourself. All auditory meditations were recorded without music, so that you may choose your listening experience. Feel free to listen as they are or play some gentle, instrumental music in the background.
